After completion of his LLB degree from the University of Johannesburg in 2014, Attorney Stefan Scheepers’ legal career took off in January 2015 when he was enrolled as article clerk at a firm in Pretoria East that  attends exclusively to conveyancing matters. During the second semester of 2015 he completed law school at the University of Pretoria where he found his passion moving in the direction of litigation.

Upon completion of his first year of articles, Stefan ceded his contract of articles of clerkship to a firm in Centurion where he was exclusively exposed to litigation matters in various fields of law including Insolvency Law, Property law, Family law, Law of Contract and was especially exposed to debt collections.

Stefan completed his admission exams in August of 2016 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa on 8 December 2016. After a year and a half of working as an attorney at the law firm where he completed his articles, Stefan decided to take a calculated leap of faith by opening the doors of what is now known as Scheepers Incorporated attorneys, which is growing from strength to strength on a daily basis.

Stefan has his main interest in Court procedure and is regularly briefed by his colleagues to attend to appearances in various Magistrates’ Courts and divisions of the High Court of South Africa wherein he has right of appearance.

The firm has also recently broken new ground in rendering real-estate agency, rental agency and property management services.
